§ IV — L'atelier
NŌIR was founded in 2009 by Céline Moreau, a former colour chemist, in a narrow workshop behind Mont Thabor. It opened as a single boutique with eleven brands and one rule: if we don't use it ourselves, we don't sell it.
Sixteen years later, the rule has not changed. We now carry eighty-six houses across parfum, soin, couleur, cheveux and corps — and pour our own atelier collection of twelve lip shades, by hand, in the same workshop.
NŌIR is not chasing trend — the maison is slowly, quietly, and with great care rewriting what a luxury beauty house can mean in the twenty-first century.
